We supply daily workouts, feedback, and keep you on track to meet your goals every day of the week. We strongly believe we can make you the athlete you have always dreamed to be. Whether you’re a professional aspiring to enhance performance and conquer podium positions, or you’re a weekend warrior with three other jobs, we have a coach excited about your athletic career. Take a moment to meet our staff: the people fully invested in your success.

Junior Skills Development
I have over ten years’ experience working with youth in the mental health field and am entering my third year coaching through St. Louis Mountain Bike Camps. We provide summer camps and private lessons for all skill levels and utilize instruction, games, and skills progressions to help children and teens safely push their limits. I am passionate about helping youth gain confidence, improve their self-esteem, form friendships, and develop a lifelong love of cycling and the outdoors. I have completed the IMBA ICP Level-1 certification. For more information about private lessons or camps, please visit https://stlmtb.com.
Director of Little Bellas Program
Coming to Missouri in the Fall of 2018, Little Bellas is a program that emphasizes confidence building and increased self-esteem by empowering young girls ages 7-16 through sport. Little Bellas creates an environment of support, respect, and fun through female mentors who encourage skill development on and off the bike. Always smiling, upbeat and positive, Raylyn’s aptitude to lead and mentor make her the ideal role model to lead the Missouri chapter of Little Bellas.
